JOIN ON TRACK SALUDA AND LEARN TO PLAY PICKLEBALL! COME BE A PART OF THE FUN! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED.
Benefits of pickleball include a full body workout, social interaction, mental agility, stress release, low-impact exercise and a new way to have fun!
These lessons will teach you pickleball rules, strategy, proper strokes, stretching techniques, and how to play with a partner. Lessons start Monday, April 6, 4-5PM with four, 1-hour lessons, once per week for 4 weeks. (April 6, 13, 20 and 27). After the lessons are finished, you will know how to play the game. Our instructor is Mark Ellsworth, who teaches throughout the WNC area. Mark is a member of Pickleball Coaching International and is a 4.0 level player himself.
Cost for four 1-hour lessons is $60 inclusive.
